Voices of Passion

Join your clergy on an exploration of four characters from Matthew’s story of Jesus’ arrest, trial and resurrection (the Passion). Each week one of our priests will choose a person who especially speaks to them, and offer background teaching, reflections and an opportunity for discussion.
April 5 – 7 p.m. – Jesus: the Power of Silence
April 12 – 6 p.m. – Pontius Pilate
What the Heck am I Saying on Sunday?
This entry level adult formation class will look at the Book of Common Prayer. Where did this book, which holds so many of our community words come from? What do the words mean? How can we worship using them? Come away with a better understanding and deeper insight into our liturgy.
April 2 – Modern Family Liturgy and worship across denominations. What are the differences between Episcopal Worship and other major denominations? What are the similarities? Bring your experience and questions.
