If you have an active email in our church database you should have received an email on January 15, with an invitation and link to complete the CAT assessment tool. The CAT will take approximately 15-30 minutes to complete. Your answers are anonymous—there is no way to connect your responses back to you, so you can be completely open. We welcome your insights! Please complete your assessment by February 29.

If you feel you didn’t receive the link or would like us to resend it, please contact communications@christepiscopalchurch.org.

Christ Church is taking part in the Congregation Assessment Tool (CAT), an on-line instrument that will help gauge the strength, vitality, and trends in our church, from January 15 to February 29, 2020. This tool was selected by your clergy and vestry leaders, as a way for you to share your views and help them learn what issues are important for our congregation.

Our input will be compared with a database of over 3,000 other congregations that have taken this assessment. The results will be interpreted and presented to the clergy and vestry in March; and a summary will be made available to the congregation later this spring. This process is important for Christ Church, and especially our church leaders, as needed input for planning our long-term strategy.

Should you have any questions about the process or if you need assistance, please contact Fr. Keith Oglesby. Fr. Keith has been trained by the CAT assessment provider company, “Holy Cow!” and has been an interpreter of CAT results for other congregations.
