Here are questions for us to prayerfully consider as we prepare for worship this Sunday (the lessons are from the Track 2 option). We hope you will find them a useful resource as you prepare to receive them in church. Click on the red headings below to go to the reading.

Habakkuk 1:1-4, 2:1-4

What are you waiting for in life? How is it connected with your faith in God?

Psalm 37:1-10

What do you fret about? Why? What gives you solace when you are fretting?

2 Timothy 1:1-14

This is a favorite verse of Scripture, “For God did not give us a spirit of cowardice, but rather a spirit of power and of love and of self-discipline.” It is a “go to” reference when feeling discouraged or afraid. It is a reminder that God is with us and provides what we need in order to endure. How do you respond to this Scripture? Do you have a favorite verse that helps you through life? What is it?

Luke 17:5-10

How would you rate the strength of your faith? Why? What is a “mulberry tree” in your life that you could “uproot and plant in the sea?” Have you done that type of work of faith before? Do you need that type of faith for something you are facing now? How can you access faith to bring change in your life?
