Nourishing Eats summer camps are for children ages 7-13. This Summer we will be traveling through the regions of France bringing Farm Fresh ingredients to our tables. Classes include kitchen safety techniques, Regional Culinary history, hands on cooking experience and lunch at the end of every class. Children will be given a recipe book and apron.
Jennifer De Rycker, a native of New York City, lived and worked in Paris France for ten years. While living there she worked at Le Cordon Bleu, Le Grand Diplome in both Cuisine and Patisserie and has been cooking for more than 16 years.
