The Rev. Thomas P. Reeder, Rector, is a native of Fredericksburg, Virginia. He spent nearly nine years on active duty in the U.S. Navy before discerning a call to ordained ministry. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies (Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) from the University of California at Davis and a Master of Divinity degree from the School of Theology at the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee.
After being ordained in 2003, his first pastoral call was as Associate Rector and later as Priest-in-Charge of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Jacksonville, Florida. In September 2005, he was called to be the Priest-in-Charge of Christ Church in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. A year later he was installed as the 27th rector of that church. Fr. Tom led the Stewardship, Outreach and Mission ministries at Christ Church as Senior Associate Rector, from 2013 to 2018. On March 9, 2018 he was called to become our fourth Rector.
Fr. Tom and his wife DeeAnn have two adult children, Sophia and Liam.

The Rev. Remington Slone, Vice Rector, grew up in southeast Georgia and graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Remington graduated cum laude from the General Theological Seminary in 2011, with a concentration in Biblical Studies. While in seminary he served at St. Mary the Virgin in Times Square as both a lay person and as a Deacon. After seminary, he returned to the Diocese of Georgia as the Assistant Rector of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Savannah, Georgia. Remington and his wife, Casey, have two daughters.

The Rev. Andreis Diaz Dorta, Associate Rector grew up in Matanzas, Cuba. After graduating from the Evangelical Seminary of Theology in Matanzas, Cuba (an ecumenical seminary) in 2008, Fr. Andreis was ordained to the priesthood in 2010. Before joining Christ Church he served as Rector of two parishes in Cuba for 6 years. Also he was the Diocesan Youth Minister for 3 years, and Archdeacon of the Western Region of the Diocese of Cuba for 5 years. In 2018 he added a Spanish language service that serves a new congregation. Fr. Diaz is married to Marcela Beatriz Martín.

The Rev. Keith W. Oglesby, Associate Rector answered the call to Christ Church in January 2019. Fr. Keith’s faith in Christ was shaped as an adult within The Episcopal Church. He holds a B.A. in History / Management from Georgia State University and a Master of Divinity from Emory University: Candler School of Theology. He served as Assistant Rector of St. Aidan’s Episcopal Church, Milton, GA from 2007-2009 and as Rector of the Episcopal Church of the Holy Spirit in Cumming, GA. since 2009. In 2016 he was appointed Dean of the Marietta Convocation of the Diocese of Atlanta. Before he was ordained, Fr. Keith enjoyed a 24 year career as a sales and executive management professional, including leadership positions with major corporations such as FedEx and GE. He and his wife Lynn enjoy theater and travel, especially visiting their three grown children, Lauren, Will, and Katherine, and grandson Oren.

The Rev. Wendy Billingslea joined the staff of Christ Church as Associate Rector in 2009, and now serves as Chaplain to the staff and parish. Raised in New Jersey, Wendy is a 1978 graduate of Wells College and received her M.Div in 1996, graduating from the Seminary of the Southwest in Austin, Texas. Previously, Wendy served as Associate Rector of St. Thomas Episcopal Parish in Coral Gables, FL and as Rector of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Greensboro, NC.

The Rev. Cn. Richard S. Westbury, Jr., Senior Adviser to the Rector, was born and raised in North Florida. He and his wife Carole have two children, Richard and Katie. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in 1981, a Master of Divinity from Seabury-Western Theological Seminary in Illinois, and was ordained to priesthood in 1989. From 1989 through 1991, The Rev. Westbury served at St. Paul’s by-the-Sea, and became Rector of St. Paul’s Church in Jacksonville in 1992. The Rev. Westbury was called to Christ Episcopal Church as the Rector’s Associate in 2001 and served as Rector from 2005 until his retirement in 2018.
