The Rev. Richard S. Westbury, Jr., Rector, was born and raised in North Florida. Now living in Ponte Vedra Beach, he and his wife, Carole, have two children, Richard and Katie. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in 1981, a Master of Divinity from Seabury-Western Theological Seminary in Illinois, and was ordained to priesthood in 1989. From 1989 through 1991, The Rev. Westbury served at St. Paul’s by-the-Sea, and became Rector of St. Paul’s Church in Jacksonville in 1992. The Rev. Westbury was called to Christ Episcopal Church as the Rector’s Associate in 2001 and has served as Rector since 2005.

The Rev. Thomas P. Reeder, Senior Associate Rector for Stewardship and Outreach, is a native of Fredericksburg, Virginia, where he spent nearly nine years on active duty in the U.S. Navy before discerning a call to ordained ministry. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies (Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) from the University of California at Davis and a Master of Divinity degree from the School of Theology at the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee. After being ordained in 2003, his first pastoral call was as Associate Rector and later as Priest-in-Charge of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Jacksonville, Florida. In September 2005, he was called to be the Priest-in-Charge of Christ Church in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. A year later he was installed as the 27th rector of that church. Tom and his wife of 20 years, Dee Ann, have two teenage children, Sophia and Liam. Tom will lead the Stewardship and Mission ministries of Christ Episcopal Church in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

The Rev. Caroline Kramer, Associate Rector for Spirituality, Evangelism and Traditional Worship, grew up in England, received her Ministry Degree from Oxford University in 1998 and was ordained the same year. She also has a Masters Degree in Christian Leadership from St. Mellitus College in London. She served churches in The Dioceses of Guildford, Southwestern Virginia, Virginia and Oxford, before coming to Florida in 2013. The Rev. Remington Slone, Associate Rector for Formation and Contemporary Worship, grew up in southeast Georgia and graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Remington graduated cum laude from the General Theological Seminary in 2011, with a concentration in Biblical Studies. While in seminary he served at St. Mary the Virgin in Times Square as both a lay person and as a Deacon. After seminary, he returned to the Diocese of Georgia as the Assistant Rector of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Savannah, Georgia. Remington and his wife, Casey, have two daughters.

The Rev. Robert L. Morris, Associate Rector, Eucharist at San Pablo, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcasting from West Virginia University and a Master of Divinity from The General Theological Seminary in New York City. He was ordained in the Diocese of West Virginia in 1973. After ordination, he served a mission congregation in West Virginia before becoming a member of the Community of Celebration, a religious order fostering renewal in liturgy and worship. Over the next 16 years, Fr. Morris served as Chaplain at Community houses in England, Scotland and Pennsylvania. During those years, he was also Curate at St. Mary’s, Wargrave, England; Priest-in-Charge at The Cathedral of the Isles, Millport, Scotland; and Assistant at All Saints, Aliquippa, Pennsylvania. He joined the staff of Christ Church, Pittsburgh, in 1992 and was appointed Vicar of All Saints, Pittsburgh, in 1994. He was Associate Rector at St. Dunstan’s in Houston, Texas from 1999-2004 and joined the Christ Church staff in December 2004. He and his wife Cathleen have two grown daughters, Clare and Hannah.

The Rev. Wendy Billingslea, Chaplain, grew up in New Jersey, and graduated from Wells College in upstate New York with a major in Theatre and English. She graduated from Seminary of the Southwest in Austin, Texas and was ordained a priest in 1997. She served as Associate Rector of St. Thomas Episcopal Parish in Miami, Florida, and as Rector of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Greensboro, North Carolina. In 2009, she came to Christ Church as an Associate Rector, working at the San Pablo campus. When her first grandchild was born, she realized she was ready to leave full-time ministry, so she is thrilled to be assisting part-time in the areas of pastoral care, visitation, and formation at Christ Church. Wendy and her husband, Art, have three adult daughters.

The Rev. Deacon Marsha Evans Holmes is a native of Baltimore, Maryland. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics with honors from Morgan State University. Marsha held a variety of positions at Verizon Communications, including Vice President – Payphone and Operator Services and Vice President Consumer Marketing. After a 27-year career, she retired to Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. She is currently the Pastoral Care Associate, responsible for the management of volunteer lay ministries and Singles Ministry. She has served on a number of Boards including the Board of Directors of the Morgan State University Foundation, the Board of Trustees of Mary Baldwin College and the New York City YWCA. After moving to northeast Florida, she served on the boards of the Jacksonville Public Library Foundation and Jacksonville Florida Urban League. She has four adult children and resides in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.
