Prayer Vigils - The idea is many centuries old. "Vigil" indicates a time of "vigilance", for a purpose. Our vigils are done to hold a specific matter in prayer before God. .During Holy Week we hold a prayer vigil in the Chapel of the Resurrection following the Maundy Thursday Liturgy through Noon on Good Friday. During the Season after Pentecost we are reaching out in witness to the power of God’s Spirit at work in the lives of two people for whom we are specifically praying during these months. At other times in the year we offer prayer vigils for starting or supporting a ministry, making a major decision, or for particular needs for healing.
Renovaré Spiritual Formation Group Meetings - RENOVARÉ Spiritual Formation Groups are small fellowships that exist for mutual support, mutual encouragement, and mutual accountability as we participate in our transformation into Christlikeness. Spiritual Gifts Inventory - We are all blessed with spiritual gifts, given to us by God to be used in service to God, to the Church and to the world. What is a spiritual gift? Do you know what spiritual gifts you have? We hope you will set aside 15 to 20 minutes to take this inventory, which will allow you to examine your gifts and think about how they might be used. Once you have your scores, we hope you will act on them in such a way that your own life will be enriched and, in the process, you will enrich the lives of others.
