Find Your Place - Stewardship 2008

 Find your place.  Both simply and powerfully we are each called by God to do exactly this... to find our place within the life of the church so that we might share our blessings with others in order to spread God's kingdom. At our Baptism we are tranformed, marked as Christ's own forever wihile being called to put our whole trust in His grace and love. It is through this love that Christ Church is a place of significance for all those on our campuses, in our community and accross the greater chruch.  Our place as a Church has been found in the lives transformed both inside our walls and beyond our doors. Thousands upon thousands have found a place in the love of Jesus at Christ Church.

 In 2008 Christ Episcopal Church will strive for significance in a number of ways while helping others find their place in ministry by....

• Expanding our complement of clergy to five full time priests on our Ponte Vedra Campus to meet the growing ministry needs of our congregation.
• Increasing our funding and volunteers to various outreach ministries including the development of a healthcare clinic at the Beach for the working poor.
• Continuing to grow and expand the ministries offered at our San Pablo campus.
• Investing in expanded youth programs including large & small groups which teach our kids about the importance of prayer, leadership, family dynamics and being good stewards of God's gifts.
• Adding to our curent formational programs with new classes for singles, speakers in the Bridge Institute, and other offerings that take advantage of our new parish center.
• Developing new Pastoral Care programs including spiritual and educational programs for active seniors, tending to the body, mind and soul of this special group.
• Enhancing our music program with visiting artists, ensembles and musical productions, as well as sharing our music ministry with other churches.
