Time to Celebrate!
First service in the Parish Center will be Sunday, August 31.
Celebrate the opening of the facility on Sunday, September 7.
Parish Center dedication, with Presiding Bishop Katharine Jefferts Schori
will be Wednesday, Oct. 29.
After years of prayer and thoughtful consideration, our church leadership has responded to God's call and the needs of our congregation to build a new Parish Center and develop a solution to our parking challenges. More than mere walls and rooms, our new facilities will provide us with a home to continue to build our ever-developing, ever-changing ministry.
For the next few weeks, construction will take place around the church office and in the courtyard. Depending on the day, access to the office may be through the church, the family room or the original church office doors. Please watch for directional signage which will alert you to changes.
Changes During Construction
The San Juan Drive entry into campus is open and parking on both levels of the parking deck is available. Effective at this time the old gravel lot is closed for renovation and paving. However, you can still enter the campus via Golf View Drive during the week and on the weekends, but follow signage that will take you to the deck. Pedestrian entrance to the campus will be from the deck to Catherine's Porch or Evan's Plaza (the areas outside the Christian Family Center) depending on which deck floor you park on. Please take care and avoid veering into any construction areas - PLEASE FOLLOW THE SIGNS!
The circle drive on Solana Road is available for Handicapped and Special Needs Parking only on Sundays.
