Embracing Community Needs

Christ Church offers our community a number of support classes that provide a blend of education, spiritual awareness and emotional support.


Rebuilding after Divorce – Fr. Bob Morris and Lucian Cronkite, LCSW, will facilitate this 8-week series focusing on putting life back together after a marriage has ended. Participants will examine their lives and relationships, and equip themselves to move into the future. Registration is $25 which includes the text and all class materials. Childcare is available with prior reservations. The group, limited to 12 participants, will meet on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00 p.m., beginning Jan. 16 in CFC 206. Walking the Mourner’s Path – This 8-week series progam is designed to help participants heal following the death of a loved one or friend. Through the coming year there are several Walking the Mourner’s Path series scheduled, some which are available to men only and others that are available to both men and women. The next class, which begins January 24. 5-6:30 p.m. on San Pablo campus, is open to men only. Registration deadline is January 14. Full details are available in brochures around the campus. Financial Peace – Got budget? Attend Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University course every Wed. night at Christ Episcopal Church from 6:30-8 p.m. on Jan. 16 – Mar. 13, in the Christian Family Center, Room 204.
